Roza Y. Behar, née Mansoor, was married to Egyptian-native Isaac Behar (who was born July 22, 1929 and was a clerk of “uncertain  nationality”). Her in-laws were Menahem and Roze Behar, both of whom were Israeli at the time of her husband’s naturalization. She lived with her husband at 2 Hurstdene Gardens, London, N.15. He was naturalized March 25, 1963.
