            Isaac Behar (not to be confused with Isaac Behar of Glasgow) was born in Alexandria, Egypt, on July 22, 1929 to Menahem and Roze Behar, both of whom were Israeli at the time of his naturalization. He was a clerk and married to Roza Y., née Mansoor. When he applied for naturalization, he lived at 2 Hurstdene Gardens, London, N.15 and was of “uncertain nationality.” He was naturalized March 25, 1963.
