            Rashad Ahmed Dabbur was born in Jaffa, Palestine in 1910 to Ahmed Muhammed Dabbur and Jamile Dabbur, née Skandarani, both Palestinian citizens and both deceased at the time of his Rashad’s naturalization in 1958. He was married to Najiye Dabbur, née Osman, and worked as a merchant in Famagusta, Cyprus. He declared his nationality as “unknown.” His naturalization application does not survive.
