Solomon David Garson, born ca. 1828, was born in and was a subject of Morocco. He was married with four children residing with him (Judah, 17, Estrella, 14, Rachel, 12, and Abraham, 10). A merchant shipper, he lived at 133 York Street in Cheetham, Manchester. In 1882, at the age of 54, he applied for and was granted naturalization. Living with him was Samuel Solomon Garson, likely his son, who was naturalized in 1883. He died on May 9, 1895. Dona Garson, who lived at the same address and was likely his wife, died on April 16, 1897.
